The Queezies

Queezies-Group-shot

Since last year I’ve been working with Hemisphere design and marketing consultancy to revamp the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital to give it an exciting new identity, improve the wayfinding, add murals and games to occupy the patients, and to generally make it a nicer place to be. This is where The Queezies come in. They’re an alien race who have been sent to the best children’s hospital in the galaxy (RMCH, of course) to find a cure for a terrible disease which is affecting the young Queezies (or Queezlings) back on their home planet.

Creative Review published an article on the project, which you can read here.

We’re still in the early stages of what promises to be an enormous task, but as soon as I’m able to show off more stuff I will do!

Fred Aldous Sketchpad

FA-Pad2I was asked (along with a load of other Outhouse artists) to design a cover for Fred Aldous‘ new range of sketchpads. My A3 marker pad design is based around my daughter using her felt tips, and the things we enjoy drawing together.

There’s a little interview with me on the Fred Aldous blog, and the pads are available in the shop now.
